This past weekend was probably the craziest of my life. I had an engagement shoot, grad shoot, mehndi ceremony, wedding, sister’s bridal shower, and wedding reception. In four days. Keep in mind that after each time I shoot, I need to go home, unload cards, back-up images, empty cards, recharge batteries and double check everything before I am ready to go again. Plus eat sleep and shower. Needless to say by Sunday evening my brain and feet were pretty much mush.
Yesterday I didn’t do a hell of a lot besides relax and drink wine. Today I am feeling much better! :D
This is my first blog post from the weekend craziness, and also was the most fun I had this weekend. Yes, everything else was awesome too, but at weddings you only get one person in an awesome dress with hair and make-up done – the bride. At this shoot I got five stunning ladies in fabulous dresses. IT. WAS. AWESOME. I still have to sort through the rest of their pictures, but these ones are my favourites:
Rachel: Channeling vintage glamour a la Ava Gardner.
Danielle: Most Amazing Smile.
Christina: My little sister could not get over how cool her dress was (and check out the sweet necklace.)
Courtney: Seriously killer eyes, and her dress matched their colour perfectly.

Tatiana came by a little later, and I just loved her updo. I hate tiarras, but the right jeweled headband can look so Grecian. You can see it better below.
How many people have an awesome field with long grass and a helicopter at their house?

Some of the girls wore matching silver converse sneakers. Cutest (and most comfortable) idea ever.
